SEVEN ATTRIBUTES

PINHOOKING CLUB

A pinhooking investment club focused on purchasing yearling thoroughbred horses, developing them, and reselling them for a profit. Investors pool resources to strategically invest in top-tier prospects, selected using our Seven Attributes Method, with the goal of maximizing returns by using industry experts for training and resale.

HOW IT WORKS

Pinhooking is a strategy used in the equine industry where investors purchase young horses from auction, with the goal of reselling them at a higher price after improving their potential through training. Its a high-risk, high-reward investment.

Seven Attributes Pinhooking Club partners investors into 3 to 6 yearling thoroughbred horses at a 15% to 30% ownership level to be sold at two-year-old in training sales. We also invest in each horse alongside our investors, and aim for our investors to profit while mitigating risk by strategically diversifying ownership across multiple pinhooks.

OUR METHOD

IDENTIFY: The Seven Attribute Method identifies thoroughbred prospects that possess the seven key attributes found in stakes level horses.

AQUIRE: Expertly determining the proper acquisition price, ensuring value without overpaying.

DEVELOP: We work with experienced horseman and farms, specialized in breaking, training and developing horses to their fullest potential.

SELL: We partner with consignments who have mastered the art of preparing and showcasing horses to attract the highest bidders.

THE NUMBERS

Investment starts at $50,000 for 15% to 30% ownership in 3 to 6 yearling horses. Larger investments garner higher ownership percentages and/or more horses for the potential of greater returns.

All monthly training, transportation, farrier and vet bills will be paid by Seven Attributes on behalf of the investor and will be netted out of the investor's return of investment.

Seven Attributes charges 5% of the horse's purchase price (industry standard bloodstock fee) and retains 20% of the net profit made from the sale of all horses purchased with the investment. If there is no profit realized there is no 20% retention.
